About Me:
It is with great excitement that I am entering my 15th year of teaching! This will be my seventh year at North Windy Ridge Intermediate School on the Willis-Fleckenstein team!
I am looking forward to an amazing school year - full of learning and fun!
Previously, I taught 6th grade math & science at Enka Middle School and 2nd and 3rd grades in North Lauderdale, Florida.
I am a Nationally Board Certified Teacher in the area of Early Adolescence Mathematics (ages 11-15). My alma mater is Grand Valley State University in Western Michigan. Go Lakers!
I live in Burnsville with my husband, Chip,who works for Asheville City Schools. We have 2 dachshunds, Somer & Oberon and a sweet, old Plott hound named Hazel.
