Class Schedule/Overview

Each physical education class begins with a warm up or instant activity which may include a variety of dynamic exercises, curl ups, push ups, and a cardio warm up.  This is done to help students improve their personal level of fitness in cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and strength and to help prepare students for the days lesson.  Afterwards, students will participate in the activity or unit focus for the day. At the end of class, students will participate in light cool down stretches and review the focus for the day.

Students are expected to participate with a positive attitude and to work cooperatively with partners and/or teammates.  Students are also expected to participate to the best of their ability and with their best effort for all activities during physical education class.
